    The sale person made like it was so easy to track my order…..I not able to track my order…For some reason it keep on sending me to different sceen over and over…..I think jcp need to do something about that to satisfied customers….

    This needs to be improved, the website tells you nothing and the routing company does not even have a record of the shipment. something need to be done to the jcp website it must become more user friendly and more informative to its online shoppers

    NOT A GOOD WAY TO CHECK ORDER!!! CANNOT FIND OUT ANYTHING!!!!JCPENNEYS NEED TO DO SOME WORK OF THEIR “CHECK ORDER!!”Waste a good amount of time, and OTHER places, other than JCPenneys, can check your order. I DON’T THINK SO!!!

    I placed and order on 12/1/12 for a complete set of room sized rugs. Delivery to be on 12/14/12. No sow. Checked order tracking, JCP has no idea why, where or how, or even IF my order is or will be shippedGauranteed on the phone by service person when placing the order delivery would be BY THE 14th. Some outfit “DL ,OL or some letter configuration followed by BORDER is the factory name. Must be SOUTH of the BORDER. No reply from anyone along the line. JCP’s on line & telephone ordering and delivery of merchandise STINKS. Never order another item from JCP again.

    The worst….once you sign in to JCPenny and say track my order….it never does…btw…do us a favor and ship by UPS the entire way,…..addtional unnessary time wasted to get the order because you send it part way by UPS and they transfer to USPS and they take forever….:( makes no sense

    I get signed in and can see my account and all. When I click to view my orders or track my order I just get the top page with the tabs and the rest is blank. Have tried with both IE and Chrome.

    I get the “enter ordr #” and “telephone number”. But it keeps turning RED & saying I entered the WRONG INFORMATION, I GOT the receipt righ IN FRONT OF ME. It ISN’T WRONG.

    Why don’t they just email us the Tracking Number like other sites ? Even after logging in to check order status, it only says that it is shipped but haven’t provided a tracking number. Frustrating.

    JCP still has not provided a tracking number and another year has passed. Its 2014 JCP! Time to get with the program!!!!
    I will never purchase anything from JCP online again!
