Where am I to register my printer’s protection plan? I tried to follow the instruction but they’re so vague. I hope this isn’t Office Depot idea of a joke after they take your money. Not funny!!

I really don’t know what this crap is all about. You took my money, gave me an web address and this is what I get. you may not think my time is valuable and I don’t have time for this crap I don’t know why you would have to register a service contract. But if so where do I do it?

Have purchased a number of larger items as well as smaller products from OfficeMax. This is first product protection plan I have ever purchased. From what I have seen and learned from the run-around to register product, this will probably be the last PPP that I will ever purchase from OfficeMax.
    Unhappy Customer,

For being a supposedly professional company your web site does not reflect that. I could not find a (next page) to resister for your protection plan. I am very disappointed. Now I will have to take the time, which I don’t have to call India or Iran to talk to some idiot who can’t speak English.

–agree with all of the above–spent $200 on the “Square Trade ” scam and have no way to get registered–have talked to several reps in dubious English and always get back to my original question without answer–

–will never darken the door of an Office Depot again—other than to try and take the computer back—
